Support Every Step of the Way

When a woman is considering a choice for her pregnancy, it is important to offer her a path to becoming a successful mother. Our non-clinical atmosphere helps women feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe. As we provide care for women in crisis that is more holistic for her and her baby women are giving the opportunity to choose life with a promise that we will be with her every step of the way—from confirmation of the pregnancy until their child is school age.

In a non-judgmental environment, each woman recognizes her own dignity and feels genuinely respected. Our trained counselors are 100% open and transparent with every woman regarding medical information and all of her pregnancy options. This creates a relationship of trust, which empowers women to make decisions about their pregnancy that are rooted in a clear understanding of their own goodness, strength, and values.

What is next?

If you think you might be pregnant, your first step is to make sure with a free medical grade pregnancy test. As many as 25% or more of pregnancies end in natural miscarriage, and your pregnancy test could still be showing positive. The earliest way to confirm a pregnancy is with a medical grade pregnancy test and ultrasound, which we provide.

A 4-D ultrasound is an important next step in learning if your pregnancy is viable (developing normally). This modern technology is a free, simple, and safe procedure that uses sound waves to learn about your pregnancy and will tell you the placement and estimated number of weeks that you may be pregnant.

If you think you might be pregnant, you have questions or concerns, or you need someone to talk to the best way to reach us is via email: wcc@catholic-charities.org.
